CATALOG: The SAA is planning to produce a catalog and your submitted text may also be used on the labels. Submitted text is subject to editing,
BEFORE SUBMITTING: Consider your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping to and from the venue. Works chosen for the 63rd Annual Tour are the only ones exempt from this. The 2023-2024 Tour has been extended since the prospectus was sent out. It will now include a 3rd venue and run until September 2024.
ARTWORK IMAGE SUBMISSION: Images should be JPEG, 300 dpi and 2400 pixels on their largest dimension. Label the image filenames as “lastnameA.jpg” and “lastnameB.jpg”
JURY FEE: $35, SAA Fee Credits Updated 8.22 – May be used for the 63rd Annual Jury Fees.
When ready, please email your artwork images to Wes at firstname.lastname@example.org and you may use the blue PayPal logo at the bottom of this page to pay your jury fee. (Or, pay by check per the prospectus)
