Instructions for Associate Member Promotion Application

1. Application Form: Fill in all information on the application form below.
2. There is NO fee
3. Artwork Images and Filenames: The Jury will be by digital images ONLY- with two views required for each 3D artwork. Filenames must include the artist’s last name and the image number corresponding with the information on the application form (Example: Smith-Image1). For 3D artwork, add A or B after the image number for view A or view B (Example: Smith-Image1A). Images must be 300 dpi, no more than 8” at the widest dimension, and in JPEG format. Please submit all of your artwork images via email to the office: admin@societyofanimalartists.com
4. If you are not promoted and would like one of the jurors to provide a critique of your submitted images, please indicate this on the form below.
5. You should receive a confirmation notice after clicking the button when the page reloads. You should also receive an email later from the Executive Director. Please, send the SAA an email if you are not sure your form was received!
6. Please note that the jury will be considering promotions at various times during the year.
